You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@myowntale.shop with your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions.

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
